Luna

The sweet little face belongs to Luna. She is about 3 months old and came to us as a feral kitten. She was born under a mobile home and when she was old enough to leave her mom, the home owner brought her to us so that we could find her a wonderful home. When Luna first arrived she was quite scared because she hadn't grown up around people, but she quickly learned that people bring tasty food and love. Luna is very sweet and once she's comfortable with you she loves pets, scratches, and head butts. She gives little kisses and will curl up with you and purr. It does take Luna a little bit of time to get to know new people and she can be skittish when she's on the floor, but she's OK when she's at eye level or perched up high. Since Luna is nervous of fast/sudden movement and loud noises she will do best in an adult home, or where there are quiet, cat-savvy teens that understand her. This little lady loves play time and will do just about anything for her canned food or Temptations treats. She is a bit of a picky eater with her dry food so would love a family that's willing to feed wet food. Luna also really loves other cats. Her friend, Solis, is available for adoption, so she would be happy to be adopted with him although she will do very well in a home where there is another social cat for her to learn from too.
