The Rescue and it’s representatives agree that by posting on www.victoriaadoptables.com it will save, defend and hold harmless Victoria Adoptables from any claims, loss, expenses or liability of any kind that arises in connection with any animal advertised for adoption, including negligence on the part of Victoria Adoptables The Rescue and its representatives will agree to indemnify Victoria Adoptables for any and all liability, damages, expenses and costs incurred arising directly or indirectly out of the advertising, adoption or in any way associated with any animal in the care of the Rescue organization.
